Thesis and submission format at LHMC Delhi
Postgraduate theses here are submitted to the University of Delhi's Faculty of Medical Sciences, whose ordinance is unusually specific: three hard copies plus a soft copy, a ceiling of 100 pages, A4 printed on BOTH sides, 12-point type double-spaced with margins of at least 2.5 cm, and a spine carrying the short title, the degree with subject, and the course duration. Each copy is accompanied by a summary of no more than six pages, referenced Vancouver style. The MD/MS/MDS deadline is 30 April at the end of the second year — roughly a year before the April/May examinations, not the six months many students assume — with a one-month late window at ₹1,000 per week. Confirm the current ordinance with your department before printing.
Printing at LHMC Delhi
Busy periods: Ranked 32nd in NIRF Medical 2025. A central-government college for women, funded by the Ministry of Health rather than the Delhi government, but submitting to the same University of Delhi ordinance as MAMC and UCMS — three copies, 100-page ceiling, A4 duplex, lettered spine. Alongside dissertations, the heaviest recurring job here is revision-notes printing — postgraduate aspirants printing the note PDFs they own in colour for image-dense subjects and B&W for text, split into subject-wise spiral volumes.
