OnlinePrintout.com is operated by Bina Enterprise, which decides how the personal data described below is used.

1. Information We Collect

We collect what we need to print, deliver and bill your order, and to keep the site working — and we tell you why:

  • Mobile number — it is your login (we send a one-time code on WhatsApp, or by SMS if WhatsApp fails) and where we send order updates.
  • Name, email and delivery address — to deliver your order and email your confirmation and invoice. Your name, phone number and address appear on your tax invoice.
  • Business name and GSTIN (optional) — only if you add them, so the tax invoice is issued to your business.
  • Your files and print choices — to print exactly what you ordered.
  • Notes and messages — anything you write in a checkout note, the contact form, a data request or our WhatsApp chat, so we can act on it.
  • Complaint details — what you tell us and the videos you upload as proof, so we can investigate and put it right.
  • Payment references — you pay through Razorpay's or Cashfree's secure checkout. We keep only the payment reference numbers, the amount and whether it went through (and the bank reference for any refund). We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login.
  • Order and tax records — what you ordered and paid, and the invoices, credit notes and debit notes issued for it, which GST law requires us to keep.
  • Device and usage data — your IP address and browser type, used to stop abuse and recorded with contact-form messages and complaints; and — only if you tap Accept on our cookie bar — how the site is used, measured with cookies by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records clicks, scrolls and page interactions so we can find confusing pages. Both are set up for analytics only, never for ads. If you tap No thanks or don't answer, neither runs. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
  • Refer & Earn — if you arrive through a friend's link, the referral code (with the link's labels and the website you came from — only its address, never your history) is kept in your browser for that visit only (at most 12 hours), so an order you place in that visit can be credited to them. If you join the programme yourself, we store your referral code, your rewards and balance, and — only if you ask for a cash-out — your UPI or bank details and, above the tax threshold, your PAN. A referral link visit is counted without identifying you.
  • Bot checks — Google reCAPTCHA runs on the login screen (for codes sent by SMS), and our price calculator and pincode checker can use Cloudflare Turnstile, to tell people from bots.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to print your documents, get them to you, bill you correctly and help when something goes wrong. We don't sell your data to ad networks so they can target you with printer ads — or to anyone else.

Referrals. If your first order comes through someone's Refer & Earn link, that person can earn a reward. They are shown only a masked order reference (for example “Order …7K2M”) and the reward — never your name, number, address or the details of what you ordered. Because a reward is a share of the order's eligible charges, its amount can indicate roughly what the order cost. If you take part as a referrer, we keep your payout details (UPI ID or bank account) and, if you give it, your PAN only to pay you and to deduct and report tax, for as long as tax law requires.

We share it only with those who need it to do that job:

  • our printing and packing teams, who receive your files, print choices and delivery details to print and pack your order, and keep them confidential;
  • courier partners, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address;
  • Razorpay and Cashfree, who process your payment;
  • MSG91 (WhatsApp messages, including login codes) and Brevo (emails);
  • our WhatsApp support assistant: messages you send to our WhatsApp number reach MSG91 and our own support assistant, which runs on our cloud server and uses Google's Gemini AI to read your message and draft a reply. A person from our team can take over the conversation. If your parcel is delayed, the assistant may email the courier with the order's tracking details, with you in copy;
  • Google Firebase, which runs our login, database and file storage, and Cloudflare, which serves this website;
  • Telegram, the private groups through which orders reach our printing and packing teams (order and delivery details, and links to your files), also used to back up tax documents;
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (only with your consent), and Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile, as described above;
  • government authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these services may process data outside India — Google's Gemini, which reads WhatsApp support messages, among them.

3. File Security

Files are encrypted. Saved on secure servers. Deleted automatically 7 days after your order is delivered — kept that long only so a reprint is possible if something went wrong. They are kept longer only while a complaint or reprint on that order is still open, or, if you reorder the same files, until 7 days after that reorder is delivered. Complaint photos and videos are deleted 14 days after the complaint is filed. Invoices and other tax records — which never contain your files — are kept for at least 72 months, as GST law requires (CGST Act, section 36). We treat your files like classified documents.

To have your personal data deleted, use our data deletion page — tax records can't be erased before the period the law sets. For anything else about your data, contact us or our Grievance Officer below.

4. Your Consent

When you verify your mobile number you tick a box to accept this notice and our Terms; if you're already signed in when we update them, you tick it at checkout instead. We record that acceptance with its time and the version you accepted, and every order keeps a copy of the acceptance that applied when it was placed. Logging in again later adds a new record; it never changes an earlier one.

Printing, delivering and billing your order, and sending you updates about it, is what you asked us to do, so we use your data for that as long as the order needs it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: message us on WhatsApp at +91 9315593183, email [email protected], or use our data deletion page. We then stop using your data, except to finish an order you have already placed and to keep the records the law requires (such as tax invoices). You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
  • correct, complete or update your data;
  • erase your data (tax records are kept for the period the law sets);
  • let someone you nominate exercise these rights if you die or cannot act yourself.

Send your request by WhatsApp or email from the contact details below, with the mobile number you order with — we'll confirm it's you with a one-time code. We reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to our Grievance Officer and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Children

Our service is meant for people aged 18 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree before you use it, and should place the order. We don't knowingly track or target children.

7. Language

This notice is available in English. If you would like it in Hindi or another language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution, ask us and we'll send it to you.
