Are you GST registered? Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. OnlinePrintout is GST-registered (GSTIN 09AEPPU1026H1Z8), and every order comes with a tax invoice that itemises the GST charged. Ordering for a business? Add your company's GSTIN on the address step and the invoice is issued to your business with your GSTIN on it, so you can claim the input credit.
Is my uploaded file safe?
Yes, absolutely. We use SSL encryption for uploads. Your files are automatically deleted from our servers 7 days after your order is delivered. We never sell your files or share them with anyone other than the team handling your order.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes! We deliver to 19,000+ pincodes across India including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Jaipur, Kota, and Lucknow. Enter your pincode at checkout to see delivery estimates.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines are usually 2-7 business days across India (pincode dependent). Orders are processed after payment confirmation, and exact delivery options are shown at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
For returning customers, yes: Cash on Delivery unlocks once your past orders with us total ₹5,000 or more, and the payment step shows whether it is open to you. It carries a Courier COD collection fee of ₹50 or 2.5% of the order value, whichever is higher (it covers the courier's charge for collecting the payment at your door), with GST on that fee, shown before you confirm. Until then, orders are paid online (UPI, cards, netbanking), or with Partial COD where it is offered.
What is Partial COD?
When it is offered at checkout, Partial COD lets any verified customer pay a 25% deposit online and the rest to the courier at delivery, in cash or UPI as the courier supports. It is open on orders up to ₹5,000, for one order per phone number, and the order total includes a Courier COD collection fee of ₹50 or 2.5% of the order value (whichever is higher; it covers the courier's charge for collecting the payment at your door), with GST on that fee. Cancel before printing and the deposit is refunded minus a 3% platform and payment gateway charge. The deposit is kept only if the parcel is refused by you at the door, you couldn't be reached, or the address was wrong or incomplete, to cover printing and two-way shipping; a parcel lost or damaged by the courier, or returned because of something on our side, is not a refusal and the deposit is refunded. Order changes are paid online and don't change the amount due at delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order after payment?
You can cancel any time until printing starts; the refund is what you paid minus a 3% platform and payment gateway charge, shown before you confirm, and is made automatically to your original payment method. Each order also allows one modification (files, options, or address) before printing starts — price differences are charged, but modifications are never refunded.
Can I print a single copy of my thesis?
Yes, we have no minimum order limit. You can print a single thesis. Most students order 4-6 copies (for university, library, and personal use). Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What paper quality do you use?
For notes, we use 75 GSM standard bright white paper. For Thesis and Reports, we use 100 GSM Bond paper which is thicker and prevents ink see-through. Premium photo prints use 180 GSM glossy art paper.
What binding options are available?
We offer Spiral Binding (₹40), Soft Binding (₹60), Hard Binding (₹150), and Thesis Hard Binding with gold embossing (₹350).
Do you print color and B&W pages in the same document?
Not inside one file. Colour is a per-file setting, so every page of a file prints in the same mode — we do not detect colour pages automatically. To mix them, upload the colour pages (diagrams, covers, charts) as their own file and the text pages as another, then set Colour on one and B&W on the other in the same order. You pay the colour rate only for the file you mark as colour. Each file is finished separately, so colour pages cannot sit inside the same bound volume as the text pages.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
For very large orders (5000+ pages), contact us via WhatsApp for custom quotes. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on pincode and courier mode.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order on our website using your order ID.
