1. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India in 2-7 business days (pincode dependent).

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode and the selected delivery option. You’ll always see the final delivery charge before you pay.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your hostel warden or security guard first. If still missing, contact us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the courier partner to locate it or issue a reprint.
