Refund & Cancellation Policy
At OnlinePrintout.com, we strive to deliver high-quality prints. However, since every order is custom-printed specifically for you, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided printing has not started.
Once the printing process begins, the paper and ink are consumed, and we cannot offer a cancellation.
2. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" as the documents are custom-made regarding your specific file and settings.
However, we offer a Full Reprint or Refund in the following cases:
- Pages are missing or printed in the wrong order.
- The binding is damaged upon arrival.
- The print quality is illegible (faded ink, streaks).
Due to the personalized nature of printing, refunds or reprints are provided ONLY if a clear unboxing video is shared within 24 hours of delivery showing the package condition and the defect.
