Refer & Earn Programme Terms
Version 2026-10-09 · Last updated: October 9, 2026
In short
- You earn a percentage of the eligible charges (printing charges at launch) on a new customer's first order placed through your link. The rate and limits are the ones shown on the Refer & Earn page when that order is placed.
- A reward is Pending until the order is delivered and the claim window has passed; then it is Earned, usually within two days of delivery. It is cancelled if the order is cancelled, returned or refunded.
- Earned rewards can be cashed out (above a minimum, after review). Tax rules apply.
- Sharing widely is welcome, but you must say that you earn from the link. We may change the programme for future orders, and may reverse a reward only on the grounds in section 4.
1. What this programme is
Refer & Earn is a promotional programme run by Bina Enterprise (“we”, “us”), the operator of OnlinePrintout.com, offered on these terms. Taking part does not make you our employee, partner or representative. Rewards are not salary, interest, a deposit or a prepaid payment instrument; they have no cash value except through an approved cash-out under section 6, they cannot be transferred, sold or assigned, and no right to a reward arises until it is Earned.
2. Who can take part
- Referrer: any adult (18 or over) with a verified mobile number who accepts these terms. By accepting, you confirm you are 18 or over.
- Referred customer: a person whose mobile number has no active or completed order with us (an order that was cancelled does not count). Only their first order can earn a reward; later orders from the same person do not.
- Not eligible: orders placed by you, by someone using your phone number or account, by accounts you control, or on your behalf to collect rewards; orders that are not genuinely the referred person's own; orders placed with a coupon code; and, if the Refer & Earn page says the programme is prepaid-only, pay-on-delivery and part-COD orders.
- Open sharing: you may share your link in groups, on social media, blogs, videos and coupon or deal sites, and promote it in bulk. You must not misrepresent the offer, promise the referred person a discount (none is offered), impersonate us, send unsolicited bulk messages to people who have not asked for them (such as mass DMs or SMS to bought lists), or spam in breach of law or a platform's rules.
3. How a reward is calculated and earned
- The reward is a percentage of the eligible charges of the referred order, rounded down to a whole rupee, up to a per-order limit and a yearly limit per referrer. The Refer & Earn page states which charges are eligible (at launch, printing charges only); delivery, handling fees and GST are never eligible. We may change which charges are eligible, for future orders, as described in section 5.
- The rate and limits applying to a reward are those displayed on the Refer & Earn page when the referred order was placed.
- The reward is Pending when the order is placed. It becomes Earned after the order is delivered and a claim window of 24 hours has passed without the order being cancelled, returned or refunded. Because maturity is checked once a day, this usually happens within two days of delivery, but the exact moment depends on the settings shown on the Refer & Earn page.
- A referral counts only when the referred person places their first order in the same visit that began by opening your link. The code is kept in their browser for that visit only, at most 12 hours. If they leave and later come back without the link, that order is not a referral and earns no reward, even if they had verified their mobile number on the earlier visit. If they open more than one referral link, the last one opened counts.
- If part of an order is refunded, the reward is recalculated on the eligible charges that remain: before it is Earned the reward is reduced; after it is Earned the difference is deducted from your balance.
4. When a reward can be cancelled, reduced or reversed
We may cancel a Pending reward, or reverse an Earned reward (by deducting it from your balance, which may become negative until offset by future rewards), only where:
- the referred order is cancelled, returned to us undelivered, refused on delivery, or refunded in full or in part (in part: the corresponding share);
- we reasonably find that the reward arose from fraud, a self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, an order placed to generate rewards, or a breach of these terms;
- the amount was credited by a calculation or system error, in which case we correct it to the amount that should have applied; or
- the law, a court, a regulator or a payment partner requires it.
We will show the reason against the entry on your Rewards page. If you think a reversal is wrong, write to the Grievance Officer in section 11; we will review it and reply within the time stated there. Apart from these grounds, we will not reduce or take back an Earned reward because we later change the programme. A reversal only reduces your balance (and future rewards); we do not ask you to pay back money already paid out to you. This does not limit our rights under law in a case of fraud.
5. Changes to the programme
We may change the rate, limits, windows, eligibility, the base on which rewards are calculated, the cash-out rules, or these terms, or suspend or end the programme, at any time.
- Future orders: a change applies to referred orders placed after it takes effect. Rewards already Pending or Earned are not reduced because of the change (except under section 4).
- Notice: the current terms and version are always on this page. We will publish a material change on this page, and show a notice on your Rewards page, at least 7 days before it takes effect, unless it is needed sooner to meet a legal requirement or stop abuse. To keep taking part you accept the new version when asked.
- Stopping a channel: we may stop paying rewards for referrals that come through a particular channel, platform, website or link (for example a social network, a forum, a deal site or a kind of link), on its own or with the programme. Referred orders placed through it after the stop date earn no reward. We will give notice of it as set out above.
- Ending the programme: we may end the programme. Referred orders placed after the end date earn no reward. You may still cash out Earned rewards for 90 days after the end date, and Pending rewards for orders placed before that date are honoured as they mature; an Earned balance not cashed out within those 90 days lapses and is no longer payable.
6. Cash-out
- You can request a cash-out of your Earned balance once it reaches the minimum amount shown on the Refer & Earn page. Monthly and yearly limits may apply.
- You must give a valid UPI ID or bank account in your own name. We review each request and aim to pay within 7 to 10 working days of approval. If a transfer fails, the amount returns to your balance.
- A PAN is required before payouts in a financial year exceed the threshold shown on the Refer & Earn page. Where the law requires, we deduct tax at source under the applicable provisions of the Income-tax Act and give you the details needed for your return.
- If you are registered for GST, your rewards are inclusive of any GST that may apply. Tell us before you cash out, and give us a valid tax invoice for the amount.
- We do not currently expire Earned rewards. If we ever introduce an expiry for rewards that sit unused, it will apply only after we have given you at least 30 days' notice.
7. Tax
Rewards may be taxable income in your hands. You are responsible for your own tax reporting. We do not give tax advice.
8. Disclosure when you promote
Because you earn from your link, you must make that clear to the people you share it with, in words they can see and in the same language as your post (for example, “I get a small referral bonus if you order through my link”), as the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements require. Links you place on websites should also carry rel="sponsored". The ready-made snippets on your Rewards page include both. Not disclosing is a breach of these terms (section 4).
9. Your data
To run the programme we store your referral code, rewards, balance, and, for cash-outs, your payout details. We show you only a masked reference for each referred order and never the referred person's name or number. Because a reward is a share of the order's eligible charges, its amount can indicate roughly what the referred order cost. The referred person is told on this site, including at checkout, that their first order through a link may earn the person who referred them a reward. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data and your rights.
10. Suspension and our rights
If we reasonably suspect abuse, we may freeze your referral account while we look into it, and tell you why. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability for the programme is limited to the amount of rewards Earned and unpaid to you.
11. Contact, grievances and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, as in our site Terms & Conditions, which also apply to you. This does not affect your right to approach the consumer commission where you live. If these programme terms and the site Terms conflict about the programme, these programme terms prevail for the programme.
